We understand that leaving foster care can feel overwhelming, and we want you to know that you don’t have to figure everything out on your own. That’s why we created Bloom Beyond.

What Services Does Bloom Beyond OFFer?
Navigator Support
There are many resources available that you might not know about or find difficult to access. Our navigators will work with you to figure out what you need and help make it happen.
Navigation Support Offers
- Someone Who Listens: You’ll be assigned a “navigator” who is there to understand your goals and challenges
- Direct Help: We’ll assist you in finding appropriate resources, completing paperwork and filling out applications as needed
- Free Resources: Get access to essential items through The Bloom Closet

Bloom Beyond’s Leadership Council
Help Shape the future of Foster Care in Georgia
Change the Future of Foster Care in Georgia by applying to join our leadership council! Young adults aged 16-26 with experience in Georgia’s foster care system are encouraged to apply. As a Council Member, you’ll help shape programs and services for transition-aged youth in foster care, drawing from your personal experiences to create positive change. You’ll also be a part of a cohort of other outstanding young adults while gaining additional leadership and independent living skills. You will also be provided with a $100 monthly stipend for your participation in our monthly virtual meetings.
