Two Missions, One Heart: Bloom and Atlanta Angels Join Forces

When two organizations share a passion for helping children in foster care thrive, incredible things can happen.

Bloom is proud to celebrate its growing partnership with Atlanta Angels, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting children, youth, and families in foster care through intentional giving, relationship-building, and mentorship.

While Bloom works to provide safe, nurturing foster homes, essential resources, and ongoing support, Atlanta Angels focuses on building meaningful relationships and surrounding foster families with a community of encouragement and care. Together, our organizations share a common belief: every child deserves to feel valued, supported, and loved.

That shared commitment came to life this summer when Atlanta Angels generously provided an incredible collection of school supplies to The Bloom Closet, helping ensure children in foster care could begin the new school year with the tools they needed to succeed.

For many children entering foster care, the start of a new school year can bring additional uncertainty. Having a new backpack, notebooks, and other classroom essentials helps ease that transition, giving children the confidence to walk into school feeling prepared and ready to learn.

And our partnership isn’t stopping with the back-to-school season. As we look ahead to the holidays, Bloom and Atlanta Angels are finding new ways to extend our impact for children in foster care. Together, we’re helping ensure that the spirit of giving continues well beyond a single season.

“We recognize that it takes an entire community to support children and families experiencing foster care. Atlanta Angels shares our heart for these children, and we’re so grateful for their generosity and willingness to work alongside us,” said Bloom CEO Becky Davenport.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire Atlanta Angels community for helping make the back-to-school season brighter for children in foster care. We look forward to continuing this meaningful partnership and finding new ways to make a difference together.

Because when we combine our resources, compassion, and commitment, we can create an even stronger network of support for the children who need us most.
